What We Build
Content marketing works, but it does not scale with headcount. Producing research-backed articles, video scripts, social posts, and email sequences at a consistent quality level requires infrastructure, not just more writers. We build the systems that let a small team publish like a large one.
Article Generation
Research-driven long-form content with proper sourcing, internal linking, SEO metadata, and editorial consistency. Each piece goes through structured quality checks before it reaches your CMS.
Video Scripts
Short-form and long-form scripts with hook formulas, B-roll directions, and caption timing. Output matches your brand voice and platform requirements for TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
Social Media
Platform-native content scheduled across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Each post is tailored to platform conventions, not cross-posted as identical text everywhere.
Email Sequences
Nurture campaigns, onboarding flows, and re-engagement sequences. Personalized by segment, tested for deliverability, and structured to move recipients toward a specific action.

Content System Services
The Pipeline
Content production is a manufacturing problem. Raw inputs go in (keyword research, audience data, brand guidelines), finished content comes out, and every step in between should be repeatable and measurable. That is the system we build.
The pipeline starts with topic selection. We use search volume data, competitor gap analysis, and your business priorities to identify what to write about next. Topics flow into a generation queue where AI produces drafts using your style guide, approved sources, and content templates.
Every draft passes through automated quality gates: factual accuracy checks against cited sources, readability scoring, SEO compliance, internal link injection, and brand voice consistency. Content that fails a gate gets flagged for revision, not published.
Approved content is formatted for its target platform and either published automatically or queued for human review, depending on your comfort level. The entire pipeline runs on a schedule you define, from daily social posts to weekly articles to monthly newsletters.
Quality Control
AI-generated content has a reputation problem, and most of it is deserved. The default output from language models is generic, repetitive, and sometimes factually wrong. We solve this with structure, not hope.
Every content system we build includes a quality layer with explicit checks. Articles are validated against their source material. Statistics are traced to their origin. Claims are cross-referenced. Tone is measured against your brand voice samples. This is not a human editor reading every piece. It is a set of programmatic checks that catch the failure modes language models are known for.
The result is content that reads like it was written by a subject matter expert who happens to produce at ten times the normal rate. Your editorial team still has final approval. But instead of reviewing rough drafts, they are reviewing polished work that needs minor adjustments rather than full rewrites.
Results
The businesses we work with typically see 5-10x increases in content output in the early stages of the engagement, with editorial quality that matches or exceeds their previous manual process. More importantly, the content is consistent. No more weeks where nothing gets published because the team is busy with other priorities.
On the distribution side, automated scheduling and platform-native formatting eliminate the daily social media grind. Posts go out on time, in the right format, across every channel, without anyone manually logging into five different platforms.
If you are producing fewer than 10 pieces of content per month and want to be producing 50 or more without proportionally growing your team, this is the service to explore. Contact us at ben@oakenai.tech to discuss your content goals.
