What I'm building today.
Multi-agent AI orchestration. I operate a system with 460+ specialized AI skills that routes tasks to the right agent based on domain, complexity, and required tools. Persistent semantic memory across sessions. Hybrid search combining text relevance with vector similarity. Knowledge that compounds over time.
Production across six industries. Consumer health, home services, real estate, legal, finance, and men's health — each with its own data model, compliance constraints, and user behavior. I've built and deployed AI systems in all of them. The stack adapts; the engineering discipline doesn't.
Content and SEO engines. Programmatic SEO systems generating hundreds of pages. Automated publishing across WordPress, Next.js, and MDX platforms. Real data scraped before any content is generated. Internal linking, schema markup, and AI search optimization (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) built in from the start.

Open source. Published Claude Workspace Optimizer on PyPI. 135+ installs and 8 GitHub stars in 3 days with minimal promotion.

Background
Software leader, then founder.
Before Oaken AI, I spent 20 years as a software engineer and technical leader shipping production systems. Full-stack distributed applications, payment processing across 60 countries, healthcare analytics platforms, enterprise consulting for financial services clients. I led engineering teams, architected systems, and shipped code at every layer of the stack.
I was buying Bitcoin in 2013 and participated in Ethereum's ICO in 2014. Built smart contracts, ran a blockchain dev shop, and was deep in DeFi before most people knew the word existed. Lived in Puerto Rico for five years.
The through-line: take emerging technology, figure out how it actually works, and build production systems with it before the market catches up. That pattern repeated with the internet, with crypto, and now with AI.

How I think about AI.
Ship, don't pitch
Working code beats a PDF every time. If I can't build it, I won't recommend it.
You own everything
No proprietary platforms, no vendor lock-in, no recurring fees for infrastructure I built. It's yours.
Prove it on myself first
Every AI system I recommend to a client, I've already deployed on my own businesses.
